What To Expect in a Reiki Session
Find a quiet space, put your headphones in, and get comfortable. That’s it. You don’t need to prepare, show up in a good mood, study, or show up in any particular way.
Step 1 - Arrive
You’ll be guided into a gentle visualization and from there, your only job is to let go. Energy moves, things surface, insights arrive in a gentle way that is right for you. We close with 15 mins together to unpack what came through.
Step 2 - Receive
What to Expect in a Coaching Session
We begin by getting precise. What is the issue? What does solved actually look like for you? How does it feel to be in your body right now? This is where the loop gets interrupted and the real conversation begins.
Step 1 - Clarify
Together we find the next step(s) that’s right for you. Not a generic prescription or what I think is best, but you figuring out clear, doable actions that meet your capacity. We close by locking in your breakthroughs and takeaways so you leave knowing exactly how capable you already are.
Real momentum takes a few sessions to build. Most clients find their footing within 3-5, and from there they don’t look back!
